Missoula Epoxy Flooring coats concrete. We install epoxy, polyaspartic and flake floor systems in garages, basements, shops and commercial spaces in Missoula and the towns around it, from Lolo and Florence up the Bitterroot to Frenchtown, East Missoula and Clinton along the Clark Fork.

A coating is only as good as the concrete it sits on, so most of our time on a job goes into the slab. A Missoula garage floor spends the winter under tires that carry in sand and deicer brine. A basement slab in an older house may hold moisture or carry decades of paint. A shop floor out on acreage may be soaked with hydraulic fluid and oil. Each of those needs its own preparation, and that preparation is what keeps a coating attached.

What to expect from us

• We come out, measure the floor and look at it closely: cracks, spalling, oil, old sealers, and signs of moisture.
• You get a written quote naming the system, each coat, the prep work and the total price.
• The whole slab is diamond ground, edges included, and dust is captured with a vacuum.
• Cracks, pits and broken joints are filled before the base coat.
• We explain when you can walk on the floor, move things back and park, based on the product and the temperature that day.
• If the scope changes, we write it up and you approve it before we do the work.

We only coat concrete. If a slab has a problem a coating will not solve, such as water coming in through a crack, a heaving section or a structural issue, we say so before you spend money on a floor.
