Privacy Notice

Updated 2026-10-13

We are Missoula Epoxy Flooring. When you use missoulaepoxyflooring.com, call us or send a request, we receive some information about you. This notice covers how we handle it.

What we collect

When you fill out a request form, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, the kind of work you need and your message. When you call, our phone system records your number, the time and length of the call, and, where it is turned on, a recording and transcript. Like most websites, the site also receives routine technical details such as your IP address, browser type, the page you visited and how you arrived.

How the information is used

We use it to answer your request, set up an estimate and get the work done. We also use it to filter out spam and fraud and to see which parts of the site lead people to contact us.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that support this site and our phones, and the technicians assigned to your job, receive your details, and only so they can help with your request. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

To find out what we have on file, fix something, or have it deleted, call (406) 412-3732 or reach us through our online contact form.

Calls, texts and email

When you request contact, we may reach out by phone, text message or email about that request. Your carrier's message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop texts.

How long we keep it and how we protect it

We hold on to request records only as long as they are needed and take reasonable steps to keep them secure, though no online transmission can be guaranteed safe.

Children's privacy

The site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
